Tech Republic has released their 2017 list of the worst passwords possible. Please don’t be on this list! If you have a password on this list, change it immediately. Hackers don’t sit and try each one of these passwords to see if they work. They have created programs to run all of these “easy” passwords to see if they match.

Use a phrase that you don’t have to think hard about, yet is easy to remember for YOU. ” I love coffee!!” “I hate the winter…” I want to be in Jamaica!” “Vikings might win the Super Bowl” “Luke, I am your father!” ” I despise the Dallas Cowboys.” You get the point. Your password does not have to be one word. Make it a new years resolution to utilize a password manager.
